One of our customers received a lead from their web page yesterday and it was for a service call. This was not just any service call, it was from a husband in the field over seas and he was helping his family get an appliance repaired! Now think of that, my customer received a lead from thousands of miles away and he will be helping a local family get an appliance fixed and possibly gaining a new customer for a long time!
Yes the power of the web, and web marketing and of course being a great company helps a lot!
