I must constantly tell my customers that Rome was not built in a day. The early Rome was not really all that big or a large empire, it took time and hard work and yes some great leadership to build such an empire. OK I am not a Roman General even though I am Italian but I will tell you that it takes my team time to do the right things and to make changes to a web site and to then tell the world in various ways how good your product or service is. Let the process take shape and let the message time to get to the masses and before long you will see results!
