Seems like every year one or two people come to us and say just take that or copy that and we tell them no I am sorry that is a violation of copyright law. What is amazing is how many web people will risk their home their lively hood even jail for just a few hundred dollars. Please remember that unless you asked for and were granted copyright for a work then it is not by law yours but it is the person who created it.
Bottom line web people, wake up and know that the penalties are stiff and you can get caught
