Had a great meeting Friday with a potential client. The key I feel is to ask questions then try to shut up and listen. What Brenda and I found is that this person has many of the same problems that many small business have. one is to try to focus, two is to find new clients, three, to learn that your own ideas about yur business are sometimes the best and so you should act on them.
