If you have ever written content for your web site you now know it is not easy!

If you have ever written content for your web site you now know it is not that easy. Recently I wrote several pages of content for a client and it took me hours. It is not an easy deal to put good content into a web page. It takes time and effort. If you want a darn good web site, be prepared to concentrate and work on it. Let us know if you need help we have content writers. The web likes changes in your content and it will get you ranked higher. Try to use good keywords when you are writing the content again the search engines like that.

OK more to come.

Until next time.

New blog post at http://ping.fm/ITpyf

I took some time off:)

I am sorry I have not posted as much lately but I just took some time off and recharged the batteries:). The thing about blogging or social media posts is that at times you have to step away and then come back and attack again with new ideas. There are only so many times you can talk about keywords or sales leads so you have to keep searching and using experience to put out a good product. For me today I will just talk about some of the things we as a company have added lately.

We have contracted two new web programmers to help us to grow. I am pleased with these two programmers both young and both aggressive and that is what is sometimes needed. I am also looking at adding a contract salesperson also so if you know of anyone please let me know.

On the programming front we have added an Easy CMS Content Management program that really is easy to use and allows our customers to do a lot of their own cut and paste and uploads of new information.

We have instituted a pay as you go package starting at $100.00 per month to get a 10 plus page web site!

OK enough for now back soon.

New post on my blog about getting more leads: http://ping.fm/npG09

Want more sales?

A tidbit of wisdom from Manta. I like this and have tried it but remember, greed sometimes comes into play.

Want More Sales? Partner with Other Business Owners
It can be tough to find ways to increase sales when resources seem scarce. Great news -- some of the most effective methods to get more customers can be the simplest. Partner with other small business owners that provide complimentary services to yours. You promote them, they promote you and your customers get an extra value-added bonus they can't get anywhere else. It's a win all the way around.

It is my belief that if you are going to work with another company get the ground rules on paper. I would sign at least a simple confidentiality agreement to protect your customers or leads.

Remember it can be fun and profitable but those same partners have other partners that can end up getting your leads.

My words of wisdom.

Until next time

Another post on my blog about business leasing at http://ping.fm/pEl7G

The benefit of business leasing

I realize this is a web blog about the web but many of you are small business people that buy equipment. This is a good small article on the benefits of leasing. If you like it go visit one of our customers www.heritageleasing.com.

Here arises the  questions when it comes to acquiring and replacing office equipment. Both new businesses and even existing businesses come across this. Whether you choose purchasing or equipment leasing, both get you what you want but with significant differences. The way you choose will depend upon the following factors:
Cash flow
Credit
Working capital
Equipment you need

If you are rebuilding your business or investing into a new one, large amounts of cash will be going out and it can seriously limit your cash flow and working capital. Office equipment leasing, for example, lets you make monthly payments on your equipment rather than having to give away large chunk of cash all at once. The saved cash and working capital can be spent on other things such as staffing, materials, and products. This makes a cost effective business strategy where you have savings and the latest technology equipments also. A business has in fact established an additional line of credit with its lessor.
By using equipment leasing, it reflects usage as the cost of the it spread over the asset. The profits generated from this are usually greater than the lease payments. You get the equipment when you require not when your budget needs are met. Monthly payments are generally fixed over the entire term, giving the flexibility of offering early settlement and upgrade options during the lease period and cash flow maintainability. It leaves your line of credit open for when you really need it. You get along with the technology and your customers see it.
The costs involved with office equipment leasing and the financing of other items is often deductable from your taxes. This gives you added financial gain. It keeps you on top of the newest advancements as it becomes obsolete much sooner than before due to technological advances. Therefore, it not only save you money on the initial costs, but also later on in the future.
Before you lease, you require to carry out careful analysis of your organization. This analysis should take notice of the availability of capital, administrative capacity to track equipment and deal with vendors, and risks associated with signing multi-year contracts. However, it is the most feasible ways and a cost effective alternative to remain in the race in today’s business world.

Remember take a look at www.heritageleasing.com and tell them Joe sent you :)
